School Business Manager- Hartshill School
The Midland Academies Trust is seeking to recruit an experienced School Business Manager for one of its four secondary schools, Hartshill School. The Business Manager will be part of the Senior Leadership team and this role requires a dedicated, flexible and organised person who will approach work with a positive attitude, honesty, confidentiality and integrity.

The School Business Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all MAT policies and procedures are implemented efficiently within the Academy. This is a varied role that encompasses all areas of school management including:
• Financial accounting and processes,
• Data protection
• Management of staffing data including the single central register
• safeguarding of site,
• HR procedures.
• Line manage all support staff involved in administration, premises
management, financial support and health and safety
• Procurement (in liaison with central support)
Across our Trust we have shared systems for finance, payroll and estates. Our schools work closely together and with our sponsor North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College to deliver an effective business and administration function. The successful candidate will be joining a team who enable our schools to deliver great teaching and learning in safe, well-resourced and managed facilities.
